We collect your name, your email address, your mobile telephone number and your country of residence. This data is gathered when you subscribe to our newsletter and when you complete a reservation form.

Your data is used to maintain the quality of our service, to manage your reservations, and to send you marketing communications and promotions about the restaurant.
